I’m especially passionate about helping people untangle old survival patterns, rebuild their sense of self, and make space for a life that feels more authentic to them. I came to this work because I love being involved in the healing and growth of others. With a Master's degrees in counseling and human services, a commitment to evidence-based practice, Varissa has spent her career in direct clinical work—from crisis intervention and community mental health to private practice supervision. Her experience has revealed a critical gap: too many people lack access to affordable, timely mental health support.
