Your Journey to Healing, PLLC is a telehealth mental health practice built on one belief: healing is a deeply personal journey, and the clinician's role is to walk alongside every client, every step of the way. We are growing, and we are looking for Texas-licensed therapists who share that belief.
About Varissa Owens & This Practice
Varissa Owens, M.S., M.A., LPC-S, CAMS-III, NCC, founded Your Journey to Healing in 2018. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, a National Certified Counselor, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and a Certified Anger Management Specialist with graduate training from Texas Wesleyan University and Argosy University.
The practice she built reflects how she believes therapy should work: quality care, clear structure, and a genuine
commitment to the people we serve. We specialize in trauma, grief, addiction, anxiety, and major life transitions, working
with individuals, couples, and families 18 and up across Texas.
Two Ways to Join
We hire on two tracks —both are 1099 independent contractor roles, fully remote, serving Texas-based clients via
telehealth. Compensation is discussed during the interview process.
Track 1: LPC
Who this is for: Fully licensed Texas LPCs who are
ready to build a caseload and do the work.
