A Bit About Me
I’m Sarah, an LPC Associate who loves working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, burnout, neurodivergence, and major life transitions. I’m especially passionate about helping people untangle old survival patterns, rebuild their sense of self, and make space for a life that feels more authentic to them. I came to this work because I love being involved in the healing and growth of others.

My approach:

My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be honest without worrying about saying the “right” thing, while still having enough structure that we’re working toward something meaningful. I tend to balance validation and curiosity with gentle challenge, practical tools, psycho-education, and a little humor when it fits. I also like using expressive arts in sessions if the client enjoys it.

Fun fact:
Outside of therapy, I’m usually experimenting with something in the kitchen, coloring, watching a movie, or finding a new creative project to get way too invested in.
