A Bit About Me
I am a compassionate and client-centered counselor who believes therapy should provide a safe, supportive space for individuals and families to feel heard, understood, and empowered. I work with clients of all ages and strive to help each person develop practical tools, gain insight, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Therapy Approach

My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while focusing on their strengths, increasing self-awareness, and identifying practical solutions that can help them move forward.

Fun Fact

Fun fact: I am a four-time Cross Country MVP! I believe the discipline, perseverance, and resilience I developed through running are qualities that also shape the way I support my clients.
