About me
Big transitions and losses can leave you unsure who you are or what comes next. I create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can process what's changed and reconnect with who you're becoming.

My approach
I believe you know yourself better than anyone else, and therapy should be a place where you can explore what’s going on without feeling judged or told who you’re supposed to be. I use a person-centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy-informed approach to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, recognize patterns that may no longer serve you, and build on the strengths you already have.
I may challenge you when it’s helpful, but I don’t believe in doing the work for you. My role is to provide support, perspective, and tools while you take the lead in deciding what growth looks like for you.
