Healing starts with feeling heard. I combine evidence-based practices with deep empathy and unconditional positive regard to help children, teens, and adults navigate life’s challenges. Driven by a passion for the mind-body connection, I bring 14 years of mental health experience—backed by a Bachelor's in Psychology and a Master's in School Counseling—to every session. When I'm not with clients, you can find me exploring new places, writing, or enjoying a great cup of coffee.
